facing reality
Tuesday, March 27th, 2007sometimes, to wake up and face the truth is so hard that u’d rather choose to live a lie.
even though my life is not all about shopping, i tot that this analogy is pretty good:
for various reasons, u buy a pair of shoes that’s half a size smaller. u already knew that it’s not suitable but u insist on getting it, thinking that mayb after wearing a few times it’ll expand. but of coz, it never did.
the question is when will u finally realise that it’s better to throw away that pair of shoes than to force urself to wear it, hurting ur own feet as a result. the next thing would be.. do u bear to throw that nice pair of shoes away?
it’s the same for human beings.. well i dun think i need to elaborate.
sometimes i wish i were a robort void of feelings. i really do.
mayb some ppl already think that i am one, but what’s reflected on the outside may not be the same as what’s on the inside.
